Known worldwide for its intoxicating hot and sour flavours, this soup is a perfect tonic for clearing the sinuses.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tsp [Tom Yum Paste]
  • 150g large raw prawns,shelled.
  • 12 mushrooms,thinly sliced.
  • 8 baby sweet corn,halved.
  • 1 tsp [Fish Sauce]
  • 1 lime,juiced.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Stir 2-3 tsp of Thai Taste Tom Yum Paste into 500ml of boiling water.
  • 2. Add the prawns,mushrooms and baby sweet corn,then simmer on low heat until the aromas are released (10 mins)
  • 3. Season to taste with Thai Taste Fish Sauce and freshly squeezed lime juice.
