Thai Green Vegetable Skewers

Our curry kits can be used in so many ways! We have used our Green Curry kit to make these delicious BBQ Vegetable Skewers!


  • Thai Taste Green Curry Kit
  • 400g mixed seasonal vegetables (look out for firmer vegetables that will skewer easily)
  • Pre-soaked Bamboo skewers.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Chop and slice the vegetables into bite-sized chunks and add to a large mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add the green curry paste and coconut milk from the kit.
  • 3. Chop the dried spices from the kit and add them to the bowl. Mix everything together, ensuring all the vegetables have been coated.
  • 4. Let marinate for 1 hour, then thread onto the skewers.
  • 5. Cook the skewers on a hot grill or BBQ. This should take a couple of minutes on each side, so the vegetables are still a bit firm with a good bite to them.
  • 6. Serve hot and garnish with a wedge of lime.
