The Easy Thai Turmeric beef is easy to make and can be served on rice with some seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil.
  • 2 tsp Thai Taste Garlic.
  • 250g Beef Steak, cut into strips.
  • ½ tsp Thai Taste Turmeric.
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Thai Taste Oyster Sauce.
  • 1 tsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar.
  • 1 Red Chilli, chopped.
  • 2 Spring Onions, chopped.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander.
  • 100g Thai Taste Sticky Rice

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Cook the rice, as per cooking instructions.
  • 2. In the meantime, stir fry the garlic in oil until golden.
  • 3. Add the beef and stir fry until it has changed colour.
  • 4. Add the turmeric and mix well.
  • 5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, palm sugar, chilli and spring onions.
  • 6. Cook through and serve with the chopped coriander.
