A great mid-week stir-fry, simply chop and add everything to a hot wok!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 400g Beef, cut into strips
  • 1 Bird’s Eye Chilli
  • 2 tbsp Thai Taste Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Thai Taste Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Thai Taste Thai Basil Leaves
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Carrot
  • 200g Thai Taste Sticky rice

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Heat a wok or large frying pan until smoking hot. Pour in the oil and coat the pan. Add in the Beef and chilli. Move the beef around the pan until it has lightly browned, about 3 mins.
  • 2. Then pour over the Oyster sauce, fish sauce, and palm sugar. Cook until heated through and the sauce is coating the beef.
  • 3. Add in the chopped vegetables and cook through. Just before serving stir in the Thai Basil leaves and plate with Thai Sticky rice.
