A versatile vinaigrette to go with absolutely everything.
Ingredients
2 tbsp [Sweet Chilli Sauce]
2 tbsp lime juice.
1 tbsp white wine vinegar.
1 tbsp [Fish Sauce]
â…› tsp sea salt.
¼ tsp white or black pepper.
2 tsp Dijon mustard.
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil.
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
Steps for cooking
1.Whisk sweet chilli sauce,lime juice,white wine vinegar,fish sauce,sea salt,white pepper,and mustard in a bowl for about 30 seconds,until well blended.
2. Pour in the sesame oil and olive oil and continue whisking for 1 more minute to emulsify the dressing.
3. Drizzle the dressing over a salad and enjoy!
