A flavoursome stir-fry, traditionally enjoyed throughout South East Asia.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil.
  • 1 tsp Thai Taste Garlic.
  • 2 tsp Shallots, finely chopped.
  • 300g fillet of pork, sliced.
  • 3 tbsp Thai Taste Ginger.
  • 50g mushrooms, cut into pieces.
  • 1 green chilli, sliced diagonally.
  • 2 tsp soy sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Thai Taste Oyster Sauce.
  • 1-2 tsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar.
  • 2 spring onions, cut into strips.
  • 100g Thai Taste Sticky Rice.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Cook the rice, as per cooking instructions.
  • 2. In the meantime, stir fry the garlic in oil until golden.
  • 3. Add the pork and shallots and stir fry until brown.
  • 4. Add the ginger, mushrooms and chilli.
  • 5. Stir in the soy sauce,  palm sugar and oyster sauce.
  • 6. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes and then serve. Garnish with the spring onions.
  • 7. Serve with Sticky rice.
