Add flavour and heat to your stir fry vegetables, with this surprisingly simple recipe. This recipe was created by Food Writer, Mitzie Wilson.

Ingredients

  • 4 Pak Choi.
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil.
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil.
  • 1 Clove Garlic, finely chopped.
  • ¼ -½ Red Chilli, chopped.
  • 1 tsp Thai Taste Fish Sauce.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Cut the stem off the pak choi and separate the leaves.
  • 2. Heat the vegetable and sesame oils in a frying pan and add the garlic and chilli.
  • 3. Fry for a few seconds then add the pak choi and fry for 2-3 mins until wilted.
  • 4. Season with fish sauce or vegetarian 'fish' sauce.
