Sriracha Cauliflower Bites

Great for sharing, these flavour-packed cauliflower bites are soooo good, you won’t even miss the chicken, just make sure to make enough!


  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • freshly cracked Black Pepper
  • 200ml Thai Taste Coconut Milk
  • 1 head of Cauliflower
  • 100ml Thai Taste Sririacha Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsps melted Coconut/Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Preheat your oven to 220˚C. Line a baking sheet with non-stick parchment paper.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl add the flour, coconut milk, paprika, garlic salt, pepper and mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • 3. Break the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and add to the batter. Mix until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  • 4. Move the cauliflower to the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure to flip them to get an even cook!
  • 5. Whilst they are in the oven, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix. Brush this Sriracha sauce mix onto the cauliflower pieces and bake for another 20 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot!
