Spicy Thai Chilli Jam Chicken Wings

These chicken wings are spicy and irresistible – be sure to cook plenty!


  • 2 kg Chicken Wings.
  • 4 tbsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar.
  • 4 tbsp Thai Taste Thai Chilli Jam
  • 4 tbsp light Soy Sauce.
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger.
  • 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • Coriander to garnish.
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges to garnish.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Mix the palm sugar, Thai chilli jam, soy sauce, chilli flakes and ginger together and add the chicken. Toss together and leave to marinate for 30 mins if you have the time.
  • 2. Heat the oven to 200°C, 180°C fan, gas 6. Place the chicken on a shallow roasting tin and cook for 15 mins, turning once. Turn the heat up to 220°C, 200°C fan, gas 7 and cook the chicken for a further 15 mins until the chicken is golden brown and the sauce is rich and sticky.
  • 3. Sprinkle with coriander. Serve with lime wedges.

Serve with a spicy mayo – mix 3 tbsp mayonnaise with 1½ tbsp Thai Taste sriracha sauce.
