Thai cuisine is famous for blending spicy, salty, bitter, sour and sweet flavours all in one dish. The quantity of chilli (spice), Fish Sauce (salt), lime juice (sour) and palm sugar (sweet) are given as a guide in the recipes, and are not absolute – therefore, enjoy experimenting! Remember it is easy to add according to taste at the early stages, but more difficult to reduce the seasoning later.
Our filtered search allows you to find recipes according to the meal occasion, time you have available and main ingredient you’re working with (e.g. chicken or fish). Alternatively, pop an ingredient into the search box and we’ll let you know what you can create with it!
For vegetarian options, please ignore the ‘main ingredient’ filter option and simply substitute any recipe with tofu and/or vegetables.
