2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
⅛ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp white or black pepper
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  1. Whisk sweet chilli sauce, lime juice, white wine vinegar, fish sauce, sea salt, white pepper, and mustard in a bowl for about 30 seconds, until well blended.
  2. Pour in the sesame oil and olive oil and continue whisking for 1 more minute to emulsify the dressing.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over a salad and enjoy!
Handy tip

Make a little extra to store in a glass jar in the fridge - it's that good!
