Pina Thai-Lada

Ingredients

Pineapple Chunks, Thai Taste Palm Sugar, Thai Taste Coconut Milk, White Rum, Ice, Pineapple Triangles and Lime Wheels for Garnish

  1. In a blender, add your pineapple chunks, palm sugar, coconut milk, white rum and fill with ice.
  2. Blend until mixture is thick and smooth
  3. Garnish a glass with a Lime wheel and a triangle of fresh pineapple
  4. Pour into your garnished glass. 
Handy tip

Rum is the only liqueur in a Pina Colada so make sure It is one you like!

One of the country’s most unusual festivals is the annual Monkey Buffet, held in front of the Pra Prang Sam Yot temple in Lopburi province. More than 600 monkeys are invited to feast on over two tonnes of grilled sausage, fresh fruit, ice cream and other treats. The locals see it as a thank you to the monkeys which inhabit the village and bring thousands of tourists there each year.
