Orange & Thai Basil Bellini


1tsp Thai Taste Thai Basil Leaves (chopped), Ice Cubes, Orange Juice, Champagne or Prosecco

  1. In a cocktail shaker add some Ice cubes and Thai Basil and shake to muddle the Thai Basil
  2. Pour in some orange juice, shake and taste. Add more orange juice if needed)
  3. strain the mixture into the bottom of some champagne flutes.
  4. Top up with your champagne or prosecco
Handy tip

Thai Basil has a district aniseed taste, change the ratio of Thai basil to orange juice to suit your taste
