Chicken Sesame Buddha Bowl
Full of fresh and tantalising ingredients Buddha bowls are a great way to use a whole heap of fresh vegetables!
Ingredients
Sesame Dressing:
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar
1 tbsp Thai Taste Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Thai Taste Lime Leaves
Juice of 1 Lime
Sesame Seeds
Salad:
½ Red Cabbage
2 Spring Onions
2 Red Peppers
200g Cherry Tomatoes
485g Chicken Breast Fillets - cooked and sliced
50g Chopped Walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the sesame dressing by combining all the dressing ingredients, except the sesame seeds, in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Step 2
Finely chop all the salad ingredients and place them in your serving bowls, 1 ingredient at a time.
Step 3
Sprinkle over the chopped walnuts and drizzle over the salad dressing. Just before serving garnish with the sesame seeds.
