Berry Coconut Smoothie Bowl
This berry coconut smoothie bowl is so fresh and creamy! Mix in and decorate with your favourite fresh fruits!
Ingredients
200ml Thai Taste Coconut Milk
200g Mixed berries - frozen
2 Bananas - frozen
Thai Taste Palm Sugar
4 tbsp Granola
A selection of fresh fruit to garnish
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, add the coconut milk, frozen berries and bananas and blend until smooth and then taste. If you would like to sweeten the smoothie add some palm sugar and mix.
Step 2
Serve in bowls with a couple of tablespoons of granola and fresh fruit, we have some sliced kiwi, blueberries, and strawberries.
Chef's Tip
For a more intense colour, blend in some freeze-dried strawberries.
