2-3 bananas 400ml Coconut Milk 50g Palm Sugar 1 tsp salt 3 tbsp white sesame seeds, roasted
- Boil bananas with the skin on for about 20 minutes, then peel and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix coconut milk, sugar and salt together in a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the banana pieces and continue to boil until the mixture seeps into the bananas.
- Serve in bowls with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
Use unripened bananas for best results.
