2-3 bananas  400ml Coconut Milk 50g Palm Sugar 1 tsp salt 3 tbsp white sesame seeds, roasted

  1. Boil bananas with the skin on for about 20 minutes, then peel and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix coconut milk, sugar and salt together in a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the banana pieces and continue to boil until the mixture seeps into the bananas.
  4. Serve in bowls with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
Handy tip

Use unripened bananas for best results.
