Breakfast never tasted so good! This Smoothie Bowl tastes like a cake, enjoy for breakfast or as dessert.

Ingredients

  • 200ml Thai Taste Coconut Milk

  • 2-3 Bananas - frozen

  • 120g Oats

  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2 tsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar

  • A selection of fresh fruit, cocoa nibs, chopped peanuts and sprinkles to garnish

Preparation

Step 1


In a blender, add the coconut milk, frozen bananas, oats and vanilla extract and palm sugar and blend until smooth.



Step 2


Serve in bowls and top with fresh fruit, we have used fresh sliced bananas & strawberries. For fun, we have also added some cocoa nibs, chopped peanuts and colourful sprinkles.

Chef's Tip

We added oats and vanilla to give this smoothie bowl a cake batter taste!
