The Pina Colada is the perfect drink for the summer! full of deliciously creamy coconut milk, and fresh pineapple!  Our recipe is great tasting and easy to make, Simply add the ingredients to a large blender and you’re ready for a summer heat wave!


  • 450g Frozen Pineapple Chunks.
  •  400ml Thai Taste Coconut Milk
  • 200ml White Rum (or Coconut Rum).
  •  Thai Taste Palm Sugar to Taste.
  • Ice.
  • Pineapple and Lime Slices for Garnish.
  • Paper Umbrella - Optional.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.In a large blender, add the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk and white run and blend until thick and smooth.
  • 2. Taste the cocktail and add as much Palm sugar as desired. You can also add some ice cubes if it is too thick! Blend again.
  • 3. Pour into your glasses garnished with lime and pineapple slices and of course an optional Paper umbrella!

One of the country’s most unusual festivals is the annual Monkey Buffet, held in front of the Pra Prang Sam Yot temple in Lopburi province. More than 600 monkeys are invited to feast on over two tonnes of grilled sausage, fresh fruit, ice cream and other treats.
