The Thai Taste story began over 20 years ago, when the popularity and desire for exotic dishes saw Thai restaurants opening all over the UK. Unable to find products to recreate these delicious yet quite simple dishes at home, our founders took on the task to pioneer the development of authentic recipes with Thai chefs to produce an unrivalled product experience. Thai Taste started by introducing the core flavours of Thai cuisine to the UK. This included such flavours as Green and Red Curry, but we soon spotted that the market was growing quickly and at the same time lacked authenticity and innovation. The growing public interest in the provenance of ingredients and the appetite for premium quality products fuelled our marketing team’s creativity. This led us to create inclusive, high-quality creations with unique sets of complex flavours for people with diverse diets (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), cooking skills or even spice level preferences.
