Songkran is the Thai New Year festival, falling on the 13th of April every year and celebrated until the 15th. It represents transformation or change and is rich with Symbolic traditions that are full of purity and goodness. It starts with bringing food to monks in local temples and dosing the Buddha statues with water… which then starts the biggest 3 day water fight on earth! 

Thai cuisine is famous for blending sweet, salty, sour and bitter flavours in one dish, with fish sauce widely used as a salt alternative.

This vegetarian & vegan friendly version is made from seaweed, so that everyone can enjoy authentic Thai flavours.
