Monday dinners no longer have to be boring with #mealkitmondays! Great for using up your Sunday roast leftovers or trying something completely new!


  • 1x Thai Taste Easy Yellow Curry Kit.
  • 400-600g Sunday Roast Leftovers. (300g Of Protein,100g-300g of Vegetables)
  • 1tbsp Oil.
  • Fresh Makrut Lime leaves for garnish (optional)

Steps for cooking

  • 1.With your pan on high heat add the oil, followed by the paste. Fry the paste to release the aromatic aromas, you can add a dash of the coconut milk here to stop the curry paste from sticking.
  • 2. Add the Thai Yellow spices provided in the kit now to have a more in-depth flavour.
  • 3. Add in your Sunday roast leftovers and coat in the paste.
  • 4. Stir in the rest of the coconut milk and simmer until everything has been heated thoroughly.
  • 5. Serve with Thai taste sticky rice and you can garnish with fresh makrut lime leaves.
