Perfect for your next BBQ, these skewers combine sour and spicy flavours of our Sriracha Hot Chilli sauce. Make sure to make enough!

Ingredients

  • 650g Chicken,chopped into bite-sized chunks.
  • 2 tbsp Thai Taste Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Bird’s Eye Chilli,finely chopped
  • Lime wedges and fresh coriander for garnish.
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Pre-soaked Bamboo Skewers

Steps for cooking

  • 1.In a large bowl, add the chopped chicken, Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce, Palm Sugar, zest and juice of 1 lime,oil and chilli.
  • 2. Mix to combine and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, but you can leave overnight.
  • 3. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers and then onto a high heat grill or BBQ to cook.
  • 4. Make sure to check the chicken is cooked thoroughly before serving.
  • 5. Serve with a lime wedge!
