A Classic Gin & Tonic is a quintessential British cocktail. Our recipe below uses our chopped lemongrass to steep into gin for a vibrant twist on this classic!


  • 114g Thai Taste Lemongrass.
  • 1lt Gin.
  • Ice Cubes.
  •  Tonic Water.
  •  Garnish with Lime Wheels and Fresh Lemongrass.

Steps for cooking

    Preparing the Lemongrass Gin - 24hours

  • 1. In a glass bottle, add the entire contents of 1 jar of Thai Taste Lemongrass and 1lt of your favourite Gin.
  • 2. Steep for over 24 hours away from direct sunlight.
  • Gin & Tonic

  • 1.Fill a Balloon Gin glass with Ice.
  • 2. Pour in 1 measure (50ml) of your steeped Lemongrass gin into each glass.
  • 3. Top up with Sparkling Tonic Water.
  • 4. Garnish with lime wheels and fresh lemongrass sticks.
