Looking for the perfect cool down after a spicy curry? Look no further!  These lollies will make you feel like you are on a tropical beach!


  • 200ml Thai Taste Coconut Milk.
  •  Zest from 3 limes.
  •  Thai Taste Palm Sugar (to taste)
  •  1 tsp Thai Taste Makrut/Kaffir Lime Leaves.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.In a bowl, mix together Coconut Milk, Palm Sugar, Makrut Lime Leaves and Lime Zest.
  • 2. Pour into your Ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
  • 3. To release from the moulds you may need to run the lolllies under some warm water.

Chef’s Tips

You can use regular cane sugar instead of Palm sugar if you would like to retain the colour of the coconut milk. Also, try adding in some white rum for a grown-up version!
