This iced lemongrass tea is the perfect antidote to those long days! We like to serve it as a non-alcoholic option during a Thai banquet.

Ingredients

  • 114g Jar of Thai Taste Lemongrass.
  • Boiling Water.
  • Serve with Thai Taste Palm Sugar and fresh limes.
  • Ice Cubes.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Strain liquid out of the Thai Taste Lemongrass Jar.
  • 2. Add lemongrass to a teapot and pour in boiling water and let steep for a couple of minutes. If you like, you can use or add fresh lemongrass, make sure to give it a bash with the heel of a knife or rolling pin to break down the lemongrass fibres!
  • 3. Let the tea cool, then pour into a glass over Ice.
  • 4. Serve with Thai Taste palm sugar for added sweetness or a squeeze of fresh lime.
