This traditional soup is made from a paste of fresh lemongrass, galangal, chillies, garlic, and kaffir lime leaves stirred in a flavoursome broth!

Ingredients

  • 1 Thai Taste Easy Thai Tom Yum Kit.
  • 250g Chicken,Prawns,Fish or Tofu diced.
  • 250g sliced Mushrooms.
  • fresh Coriander & Lime.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Empty the stock sachet into a large pot and heat.
  • 2. Add Meat & Mushrooms,we used oyster mushrooms,at a high-temperature boil until meat is cooked.
  • 3. Add Tom Yum paste,mix well and boil for 2-3 mins.
  • 4. Add the Thai spice mix, stir well and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. When you are happy everything is cooked through, take off the heat and add your fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime.
