Thai Chilli & Holy Basil Stir Fry, also known as Pad Kaprao, is a well-loved Thai Stir fry served around the world.


  • 1 Easy Thai Chilli and Holy Basil Stir Fry Kit.
  • 300g Chicken (you can also use Beef, Fish or Tofu).
  • 1 Aubergine.
  • 2 Red peppers.
  • Fresh Red Chillies.
  • Fresh Holy Basil.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • 2 tbsp Oil.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Pour boiled water onto noodles,set aside for 10 minutes or until soft. When ready, drain the noodles, rinse with cold water and toss to separate.
  • 2. Heat a large pan. Add 2 tbsp of oil, heat until hot. Add meat or tofu, fry until cooked.
  • 3. Add the aubergine and Thai Chilli & Holy Basil Sauce, cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • 4. Add red peppers and the Kaproa paste.
  • 5. Mix well for 2-3 mins until piping hot.
  • 6. Serve with a fried egg and fresh chilli and holy basil.

Pat down aubergine with a paper towel before cooking to absorb water that would end up in your sauce.
