Our savoury & spicy Thai Chicken and Cashew Nut Noodle Kits are packed with authentic Thai flavours!


  • 1 Thai Taste Easy Thai Chicken and Cashew Nut Noodle Kit.
  • 300g Chicken or Tofu cut into small cubes.
  • 1 large Onion.
  • 1 Red Pepper.
  • 2 chopped Spring Onions.
  • Coriander and fresh Lime for garnish.
  • 3 tbsp Oil.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Pour boiled water onto noodles, set aside for 10 minutes or until soft. When ready, drain the noodles, rinse with cold water and toss to separate.
  • 2. Heat a large pan. Add 3 tbsp of oil, when hot add chopped onions, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • 3. Add chicken & empty contents of Cashew Nut Spice mix. Stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
  • 4. Add sauce, mix well and heat for 3-4 minutes. Add red pepper and spring onion.
  • 5. Stir-fry well until piping hot.
