Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
  • 2 tbsp Thai Taste Garlic, minced.
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Paste.
  • 300g large prawns, peeled.
  • 1 red pepper, sliced.
  • 2 tsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar.
  • 2 tbsp Thai Taste Fish Sauce.
  • 100g Thai Taste Sticky Rice.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Cook the rice, as per cooking instructions.
  • 2. In the meantime, stir fry the garlic in oil until golden.
  • 3. Add the chilli paste, followed by the prawns and red pepper.
  • 4. Stir fry until the prawns are pink.
  • 5. Stir in the palm sugar and fish sauce.
  • 6. Cook through and serve.
