This berry coconut smoothie bowl is so fresh and creamy! Mix in and decorate with your favourite fresh fruits!

Ingredients

  • 200ml Thai Taste Coconut milk
  • 200g Frozen mixed berries.
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • Thai Taste Palm Sugar
  • 4 tbsp granola
  • A selection of fresh fruit to top with.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.In a blender, add the coconut milk, frozen berries and banana and blend until smooth and then taste. If you would like to sweeten the smoothie add some palm sugar and mix.
  • 2. Serve in bowls with a couple of tablespoons of granola and fresh fruit, we have some sliced kiwi, blueberries,and strawberries.
