A deliciously creamy dessert that can also be made with mangoes or pineapple.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 bananas.
  • 400ml [Coconut Milk]
  • 50g [Palm Sugar]
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 3 tbsp white sesame seeds,roasted.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.Boil bananas with the skin on for about 20 minutes,then peel and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2. Mix coconut milk,sugar and salt together in a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  • 3. Add the banana pieces and continue to boil until the mixture seeps into the bananas.
  • 4. Serve in bowls with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
