Breakfast never tasted so good! This Smoothie Bowl tastes like a cake, enjoy for breakfast or as dessert.

Ingredients

  • 200ml Thai Taste Coconut Milk
  • 2-3 frozen bananas
  • 120g Oats
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar
  • A selection of fresh fruit, cocoa nibs, chopped peanuts and sprinkles to top with.

Steps for cooking

  • 1.In a blender, add the coconut milk, frozen bananas, oats and vanilla extract and palm sugar and blend until smooth.
  • 2. Serve in bowls and top with fresh fruit, we have fresh sliced bananas & strawberries. For fun, we have also added some cocoa nibs, chopped peanuts and colourful sprinkles.
