Breakfast never tasted so good! This Smoothie Bowl tastes like a cake, enjoy for breakfast or as dessert.

Ingredients

200ml Thai Taste Coconut Milk
2-3 frozen bananas
120g Oats
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar
A selection of fresh fruit, cocoa nibs, chopped peanuts and sprinkles to top with.

Steps for cooking

1.In a blender, add the coconut milk, frozen bananas, oats and vanilla extract and palm sugar and blend until smooth.
2. Serve in bowls and top with fresh fruit, we have fresh sliced bananas & strawberries. For fun, we have also added some cocoa nibs, chopped peanuts and colourful sprinkles.
