Thai cuisine is famous for blending spicy, salty, bitter, sour and sweet flavours all in one dish.  The quantity of chilli (spice), Fish Sauce (salt), lime juice (sour) and palm sugar (sweet) are given as a guide in the recipes, and are not absolute – therefore, enjoy experimenting! Remember it is easy to add according to taste at the early stages, but more difficult to reduce the seasoning later.

For vegetarian options, please ignore the ‘main ingredient’ filter option and simply substitute any recipe with tofu and/or vegetables.
