4 pak choi
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
¼ -½ red chilli, chopped
1 tsp Fish Sauce
- Cut the stem off the pak choi and separate the leaves.
- Heat the vegetable and sesame oils in a frying pan and add the garlic and chilli.
- Fry for a few seconds then add the pak choi and fry for 2-3 mins until wilted.
- Season with fish sauce or vegetarian 'fish' sauce.
Delicious served with a satay dish.
