SPICY SRIRACHA HUMMUS

Ingredients

400g can of chickpeas (drained)
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup water
¼ cup Sriracha sauce
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp soy sauce (use Tamari for Gluten Free)
1 tsp sesame seed oil
2 medium cloves garlic, chopped

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with pita bread, crackers, toast, or fried bread.
Handy tip

Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight to allow flavours to enhance.
