8 chicken thighs 200ml Spicy Thai Barbecue Sauce
- Rub the chicken with half of the sauce and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the barbecue or grill to medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 5 mins each side until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked all the way through.
- Pour the remaining barbecue sauce into dipping bowls and serve with Thai Taste Jasmine Rice. Add chopped coriander to garnish.
Marinate the meat overnight for better flavour. You may substitute chicken with pork chops or beef steaks.
