Highly versatile and naturally gluten free, they are made from a paste of rice flour and water that is steamed, formed, cut and then dried. Our flat rice noodles are ideal for soups, salads and Pad Thai (the Thai version of a stir fry). Serves 4 and ready in just 15 minutes.
