Made from fresh Thai lemongrass and red chillies, this delicious sauce is a wonderful blend of sweet and hot flavours, with a hint of lemon. Delicious as a condiment, or a glaze for when grilling or barbecuing, it can also be enjoyed in marinades, salad dressings or stir-fry's, or used alone as a dipping sauce.
