Originating from the town of Sriracha, on the Gulf of Thailand, Sriracha is a typical hot Thai sauce, made from red chillies, garlic and vinegar. A true store cupboard staple and highly versatile, Sriracha sauce can be used in any dish to add a bit of heat or depth-of-flavour. (Table sauce in squeezy plastic bottle).
